Responsibilities

岗位职责：

1 .Newproduct design according to ISO and DIN standard

根据ISO与DIN标准进行新产品设计

2. Duringdesign process, carry out investigation, analysis, calculation,develops/maintains/releases BOM, 3D models, 2D drawings, standards,specifications and QA system, etc.

设计过程中进行调查/分析/计算,创建/维护/释放BOM,模型,图纸,标准,规范与质量体系等

3. Carryout product data change management in OA system

在OA系统中实施产品数据变更管理

4. Supportingproduct validation activities.

支持产品验证试验

5. Able tosolve product technical issues independently, guidethe supplier and involved internal departments

能够独立解决产品技术问题，并指导供应商或内部相关部门

6. Supportcontinuous improvement and cost reduction efforts.

支持持续改进和降成本活动

7. ProjectManagement from supplier nomination until product release in accordance withthe project targets.

整体项目管理, 从供应商开发直至产品放行达到项目目标

8. ContactPerson and responsible for supplier technical support.

为供应商提供技术支持

9. Complywith industry policies, procedures and laws.

遵守行业政策, 程序要求与法规



Qualifications & Requirements

任职资格及要求：

1. Bachelor ormaster degree in mechanical engineering

机械相关专业本科或研究生

2. Strongtechnical background of metal-cutting or mechanicalengineering.

在刀具机械工程方面具有很深的技术背景

3. Knowledgeof international standards and industry customer requirements.

了解国际的标准和工业用户要求

4. Basicknowledge of metal-cutting technology, manufacturingand assembling technologies.

了解金属切削技术, 加工技术和装配技术

5. Basicknowledge of heat treatment technologies.

了解热处理技术

6. Basic knowledgeof documentation process

了解文件存档流程

7. At leasttwo years work experience in CAD software, UG experience will bepriority.

至少两年以上使用设计软件经验, 能够使用UG者优先考虑

8. Goodoral and written English skill, German is a plus

熟练的英语书写与口语能力, 有德语表达能力是加分项
